Jennifer Chadwick, CPACC, CUA
Jennifer is an award-winning digital accessibility strategist working in Canada, US, UK and EU. She began in 2001 as a user experience (UX) and content designer then certified as a Usability Analyst (CUA) to conduct user research with financial customers, including those with disabilities.
In 2013, she became a subject matter expert and passionate, role-based trainer on global standards and legal compliance (WCAG 2.2, ACA, AODA, ADA, Section 508, EN 301 549, EAA), expanding her client base to corporate retail, telecoms, higher education and government.
Jennifer is a W3C invited expert. She co-chairs the Accessibility Roles and Responsibilities Mapping (ARRM) Community Group and contributed to WCAG Silver 3.0 and Accessibility Conformance Testing Rules (ACT 1.0). She is a Certified Core Competencies Accessibility Professional (CPACC) at International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP) and certified AODA Trainer.
Jennifer has spoken at CSUN, AccessU, M-Enabling Summit, #A11yTO Conference, and in a side panel for the European Disability Forum (EDF) at the United Nations Conferences of State Parties (COSP) in 2022.
In 2025, she wrote Chapter 6: Creating Inclusive Content for the best-selling book Inclusive Design for Accessibility: A practical guide to digital accessibility, UX, and inclusive web and app design.

Pina D’Intino, M.Des, PMP, CPACC
With lived disability experience, for the last 20 years Pina has been an internationally recognized expert, founding a cross-institutional hub for accessibility and inclusion with Aequum Global Access. Pina is a trusted guide to all levels of management, primarily those at the Executive and Leadership level. She develops strategic plans, assesses policy and process and applies maturity models to establish measurable goals and outcomes across the organizational and digital environment.
Aequum Global Access is also a partner of the G3ict and IAAP organization, where she continues to develop educational programs to foster greater integration globally.
In 2013, Pina received the QE2 Diamond Jubilee medal by Canada’s Lt. Governor the Honourable David Onley, for her work in accessibility in employment.

Scott Herron
A seasoned consultant, Scott leads accessibility initiatives that align WCAG and inclusive design with scalable, enterprise-level implementation. Leveraging deep expertise in accessible front-end development, audits, and assistive tech behaviour, Scott translates complex standards into actionable solutions. Through hands-on workshops and remediation strategies, he equips teams to build digital experiences that are both compliant and user-centered.
Together with Jennifer, Scott can lead co-design sessions and provide technical guidance on screen reader compatibility, WCAG, WAI-ARIA and inclusive design principles. Ask Scott to conduct a WCAG audit or VPAT with follow-up code remediation guidance.

Drew Herrema
As an Accessibility Designer and subject matter expert in ADHD and Autism, Drew has leveraged his design education, knowledge about accessibility and lived experience to lead company-wide initiatives that promote accessibility and inclusion.
Drawing on the experiences of others, he develops creative and innovative solutions that enhance accessibility in digital interfaces, physical spaces, and internal processes.
